Your questions already answered.

A few meetings of an hour to an hour and a half. Week one is the strategist's, the design team works from the written brief, and the success manager handles everything in between. Your days stay with the round. The identity also goes to work on the next hire, who sees it before they see anything else.

The logo is the last thing we make. Before it there is the strategy work and the written brief. After it there is the system your own designer builds the next deck from.

Agreed. A weak story inside a strong brand still fails, which is why we take founders who already have a meeting booked. At that point the identity is what stands between your story and the room. A founder who arrives looking smaller than the business gives away more of the company for less money.

It does while the model is unfinished, and the investors who say so are right. Once the meeting is booked it reads as diligence: the founder who arrives looking like the company they are describing has clearly done the work.

After the raise you are rebranding a company people have already met. The round is where the identity does its work. Founders who wait come to us with one day left, pay a premium, and get something that will never be as good as the version made with time.

It gets you about seventy percent. What is missing is the part that understood what the company is, and that is what reads as real in the room.

You will end up managing a freelancer instead of running the company. Founders come to us after this route when the work has come back and they know it is wrong without being able to say why, and by then the date is closer and the fix costs more.

At the level you want, good brand designers come with waitlists and fees a multiple of ours, and the team on your account is rarely their best one. We are built around the weeks before a raise: four weeks, one capped fee, senior attention from the first call to the last.

The deck is built on the identity, so identity first and the deck on top. Done this way the deck still works when the website has to exist a month later.
