Accessibility
Longson Studio wants longson.studio to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, across different devices, browsers and ways of navigating the web.

1.Our approach
We aim to design and build the website with accessibility considered from the beginning rather than added as a separate layer.
Our target is to follow the principles of WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable to this website.
2.What we do
We aim to provide:
- semantic page structure and heading order;
- keyboard-accessible navigation and controls;
- visible focus states;
- sufficient colour contrast;
- alternative text for meaningful imagery;
- labels and accessible names for interactive controls;
- responsive layouts that remain usable when zoomed;
- reduced-motion support for people who prefer less animation;
- touch targets that remain usable on smaller screens;
- accordions, carousels and menus that do not depend solely on hover.
3.Known limitations
The site makes substantial use of art-directed photography, motion and interactive product storytelling. We test these experiences across common screen sizes and input methods, but there may be cases where an interaction, third-party service or older project asset does not perform perfectly with every assistive technology.
We will continue to improve issues we identify.
4.Feedback
If something on the website prevents you from accessing information or completing an action, email **alex@longson.studio** and tell us:
- the page you were using;
- what you were trying to do;
- the browser, device or assistive technology involved, if relevant.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information in another accessible format and investigate the issue.
5.Third-party services
Some journeys may open third-party services, such as appointment booking or payment interfaces. Those services have their own accessibility implementations, which Longson Studio does not control.
